Working Principle

First, the meat or poultry is chopped into meat paste and bone residue by spiral extrusion. Due to the different hardness of meat paste and bones, the softer meat paste is squeezed out of the screen and the harder bones are discharged from the bottom. Different screen sizes can be replaced to separate meat paste and bone residue of different sizes.
