Working Principle and video

The frozen meat grinder first uses the rotating screw to transport the raw meat in the hopper to the pre-cut hole plate, squeeze and compact the meat. Then, chop the meat with the rotating blade and the hole blade. Finally, the meat particles are discharged from the hole plate by extrusion force.

The final meat particles size mainly depends on the size of the reamer hole. The smaller the hole, the smaller the meat particle size and capacity.
