Hanghui chicken deboning machine is a processional bone processing machine, it can separate meat from chicken skeletons, chicken necks, chicken fork bones, and whole chicken. The separated meat paste can be further processed into meat can products, conditioned meat products, cured meat products, reconstituted meat products, etc., and the bone residue and broken bones can be processed into bone meal or pet feed, etc.

Raw Material
Our chicken deboning machine can process different kinds of raw materials include chicken, duck, goose, rabbit, fish, turkey, etc. For example, whole chicken, chicken frame, chicken neck, chicken wing, chicken wishbone, duck frame, goose frame, rabbit frame, turkey frame, as well as pork leg bone, beef spine, lamb spine, pork skin, turtle and some bone-in minced meat, etc.


Final Product and Application
You will get the clean minced meat after separated by our meat bone separator machine. The bone content in the meat is less than 0.09% (Depending on the raw material), so the final meat can be used directly to make sausages, bacon, dumpling fillings, luncheon meat, chicken nuggets, meat patties, meatballs, meat sauce, fishballs, pet food. etc.
Fully automatic separation
When the machine is working, you only need to put the raw materials into the hopper, then the machine can separate the meat and bone automaticlly: the spiral shaft rotates to bring the raw materials into the propulsion chamber, and then enter the separation area through the propulsion chamber pressure. Due to the hardness difference between meat and bones, the meat paste is squeezed out of the fine filter screen, and the remaining bone residue and broken bones are pushed to the bone residue discharge port for discharge.
